We’re thrilled to share our tribute to Mike Oldfield’s The Songs of Distant Earth — a lifelong influence and personal favorite.

This adaptation blends my piano arrangement of Let There Be Light, Supernova, and Magellan with electric guitar, vocals, percussion, strings, and full ensemble.

Mike Oldfield’s vision linked the songs of whales with the vastness of space — reminders of companionship, community, and the beauty of our planet. In our version, we imagine looking back at Earth from distant galaxies, carrying its melodies and memories with us.

Music, like the whale’s song, connects us to each other, to the infinite, and to our shared home. This is both a celebration of existence and a hopeful vision for humanity’s future among the stars.
