I'm building an archive of all my favorite tracks. Especially honoring and showcasing the forgotten gems produced by my favorite artists!

BIO:
I started listening to hard dance music in 1999, at the age of 12, the year I went to high school. My taste was pretty random in those early days. But soon the Bitte Ein Beat series would change all that. After purchasing vol.2 and listening it over and over, I knew I had found a new passion in life!

Back then, the term hardstyle wasn't even conceived. We called it hardhouse at first, but that actually never felt right. Luckily someone, somewhere, came up with the name for this new sound: HARDSTYLE! And it felt right immediately.

SIDE NOTE:
I love 'slow' mixing. Let the tracks breath for a bit instead of mixing 30 in 1 hour! Just my opinion ;)

Hi I'm Evert de Bruin(Ravert) and I have a big passion for the harder styles of dance music.

Biography:
For as long as I can remember I listened to the harder styles in dance music.
In December 2012 I bought a 2xCDJ's-2000 & DJM-2000,  since then I started to post al of my recordings on soundcloud and other social media to promote myself.
Thanks to that and winning a DJ contest I performed at party's such as: The Art of Dance event: Rauw op je dak and Crazyland's: Pleasure Island Festival.

I make full use of all the functions on the DJM and CDJ's, especially the cue points that allows you to easily mix many songs together in a short period of time. Or make live edit's and mash-up's.

The styles I prefer are RAWhardstyle, Millennium Hardcore and Early Hardstyle but the latest releases in the Mainstream Hardstyle are also closely monitored by me. 

Since July 2013 I am trying to produce my own tracks, I was really making progress but since the birth of my daughter in august of 2017 I haven't found the time to work on my skills.
