THE ORIGIN STORY OF JESUS
Part 34: A New King

 
Jesus gave Saul a chance to redeem himself, but he was driven by fear and unbelief and missed the mark. The Godhead was not sentimental and had no qualms about relegating the first king of Israel to the trash heap of history. Saul led a miserable existence as he watched a lowly shepherd boy rise in fame after defeating the Philistine giant Goliath in battle. Saul initially liked David, but he obsessively grew to hate the young man whom the people adored. When Saul found out the priests at Nob had unwittingly helped David escape his wrath, he sealed his fate by having them and their families murdered. Saul started as a king appointed by God and ended his life as a murderer and liar, rejected by God because of disobedience. He did not have to fall short; it was a conscious decision to fail! David did not escape unscathed either as Lucifer also attacked him with a spirit of fear, opening the door to lying, murder, and adultery.

Cold front, frost on the flags in the east,
Steel tracks roll through the soil of the beast.
Moscow claims it’s just defense on repeat,
But who invaded who? Who brought war to the street?

Tanks in Kyiv, missiles in a block of flats,
“De-Nazify” they say—what kind of logic’s that?
A nation bleeds ’cause a czar want his empire back,
Call it peacekeeping while the skyline turns black.

Sanctions fly but the gas still flows,
Oligarch yachts while the breadline grows.
Children in bunkers, dreams deferred,
And every dead body just a line in the blurb.

Propaganda thick like the winter air,
Covering the stench of a cold warfare.
Truth’s the first casualty, media framed—
But occupation’s occupation, no matter the name.

Say it’s for peace, say it’s defense,
Say it’s revenge, say it’s common sense.
But how do the bombs find the innocent first?
How many lies till you reckon the worst?
Call it war, call it fate,
Call it justice, call it hate.

Gaza’s a cage, two million souls,
Walls on all sides, no place to go.
They say it’s Hamas they aim to erase,
But why they strike queues with bread in the place?

Air raids on a hospital wing,

Justify the storm as retaliation swift—
But genocide don’t come with a moral gift.

You count the rockets, they count the graves,
A whole generation they’ll never save.
Flattened homes and classroom halls,
While the world debates on international calls.

You say you’re chasing shadows in a dark war game,
But the stats don’t lie—there’s no hiding the shame.
One side with drones and full command,
The other with stones and a broken land.

Where’s the line between justice and rage,
When the world lets power write every page?

So I rap for the voiceless drowned in noise,
For the kids who ain’t toys, but were used like ploys.
This ain’t anti-anything but anti-lie—
