It was as if a chisel made of energy entered my psyche.  While all these frustrating and negative thoughts ran through my mind, this angelic burst of energy in the form of a chisel was cleaning out my mind. Kind of a "Psychic Roto Rooter" if you know what I mean. (For those who may not know that term, Roto Rooter is a machine that gets the roots out of your plumbing LOL)  I listen to this track when I am frustrated and negative and it seems to clear and clean my energy, so to speak.

My son and I went to the salt cave like we usually do most Sundays for the past six months. The salt cave is where me and my two year old go when my oldest child is at his yoga class. Some weeks are a wonderful relaxation process and others are more chaotic and we have to leave early.
