As I was thinking about what I wanted to share this week on the podcast, I thought I want to talk about Energy.

My son and I went to the salt cave like we usually do most Sundays for the past six months. The salt cave is where me and my two year old go when my oldest child is at his yoga class. Some weeks are a wonderful relaxation process and others are more chaotic and we have to leave early.
