Playing the Belgian pride mainstage for 50K people 🤯

In the past years I have been more focusing on my career as a chef 👩🏼‍🍳 
This particular day I had 3 caterings for a total of 450 people (sprinkling the numbers around), yet at 4pm I was in Brussels, being proud with my friends and eager to DJ at 10 🏳️‍🌈!

I did not prepare anything because I didn't have time, so I'm glad it worked out the way it did!

The music I play is mostly melodic techno and there will always be a few tracks with some recognizable vocals from the more mainstream music, for this set I felt more tracks like that were appropriate ✨

I will never forget this, and I'm so happy there is so much footage.
Thanks everyone for dancing and cheering! Hope to play there again!
BTW I loved how they zoom in on the horse on the square while I'm playing a remix of white horse 🎠🤣

Her fresh approach to crafting her sets involves unearthing songs from older eras and artfully blending them with more contemporary or futuristic sounds. Whether it's dropping a bolero from the 30’s before an Aphex Twin track and then following it up with an amapiano gem, or a rare Bowie acapella sample, eveava's eclectic selection is an open relationship between the past and future, the groovy and edgy, the organic and the machinelike.

eveava's versatility has earned her performances alongside a diverse range of artists, including  DJ Tennis, Whitesquare, Perel, Axel Boman, Floating Points, Nicola Cruz, and Pantha du Prince.

In addition to her dynamic DJ sets, eveava's productions are equally exciting. She infuses rich percussion, spoken word samples, soulful grooves, and arpeggiated leads, resulting in a fresh sound. 

Both in the studio and on the stage, eveava consistently pushes boundaries with a sound that is deeply personal and highly danceable. Her unique style strikes the perfect balance between introspection and celebration, connecting with listeners on both intellectual and visceral levels.

eveava was born in Medellin, Colombia and is currently based in Berlin, where she is pursuing her master's degree in Visual & Experience Design while finishing work on her debut EP.
