In today’s episode of The Female Fitness Podcast I have the pleasure of being joined by Gareth Buchan who is an accountancy firm owner and gym owner with an online coaching background!

His accountancy firm, coach accounts, specialises in working with fitness professionals and the specific challenge they often face.

This podcast was packed full of value, and I wish I had listened to it when I was in my early days of coaching. It would have enhanced my success, put my mind at ease, and reduced my stress levels ten fold if I had known this information and invested in an accountant earlier than what I did!

We talk about the differences between being a sole trader & limited company, what we should and shouldn’t be claiming as expenses, how we should be paying ourselves, improving our credit rating and likelihood of getting a mortgage, pensions, VAT, payment providers, and SO much more!
