@Violentene is a Canadian synth duo who have just released their 4 th EP in November 2023 - “Human Drama” featuring the single “Break The Silence” - now remixed by the illustrious JG Outsider!

With sweeping nods to wide screen synthwave, darkwave, and moody 80s aesthetics, vocalist Mvrijo wraps her unique vocal sweetness over the entire affair, to compliment Rolands synth layers, in songs drenched in mood and dance worthy beats, while still feeling introspective and reflective.

Coming off the success of 2021s “Otherworld” EP, the five tracks on Human Drama feel deeper, more fully realized than ever - a sharp laser-focus on their own brand of ethereal, beat driven, moody and mysterious synthpop, with the ghosts of previous post punk - dreampop influence never lurking too far away.

JG Outsider (Spain)
JAVIER GÓMEZ a.k.a JG OUTSIDER is a Spanish DJ and music producer born in Alicante. Since the mid 80's he already started his passion for music and began his stage as a DJ in a very enriching and varied musical moment, influenced by the EBM sounds and the gothic rock bands of the 80's.
His time as a producer began at the end of 1992, which has led him to work with many national and international labels throughout his career. His music has been distributed all over the world in all his stages.

Rolando Porro, based in Zurich, Switzerland, began his journey in the 90s, spinning vinyls at local venues. His sound is deeply rooted in the New Wave, EBM, and Industrial music of the 80s, alongside the vibrant Techno of the 90s.
Today, he's known for his dynamic sets filled with modern Cold Wave, Dark Electro, and Dark Disco tracks. Rolando draws inspiration from festivals like Grauzone, Cold Hearted Festival, and Cold Lake Festival, all while being an active part of Zurich's thriving Black Scene.
