What started as a solo show turned into a bevy of junglists throwing down on the Playground. I kicked off the stream and tagged forty-five minute segments with Synesthesia, Lucent, and myself again rounding out the first three hours of the show, then Loopy making her first appearance on stream and Synesthesia and I playing around afterwards for a six hour show!

The Heron (MTFD2 Remix)

“I Just Don’t Want to Give Up” is a live home-studio recording that traces the emotional and sonic tension between fragility and perseverance. Produced and performed by Khushboo Jain, the piece was built entirely within VCV Rack, where she designed a custom additive synthesis patch from the ground up — layering oscillators, modulation paths, and subtle feedback loops to create an evolving harmonic field. Each tone unfolds organically, shaping a meditative narrative of endurance and renewal. The track was first realized when Khushboo was invited to perform at the inaugural edition of Noizfest, marking a pivotal moment in her exploration of sound as both resistance and release. This release also marks Khushboo’s debut collaboration with Labyrinthine Crew — a record label founded by Oblium in 2009 and dedicated to promoting experimental music and abstract soundscapes. Known for its commitment to boundary-pushing artistry and sonic discovery, Labyrinthine Crew continues to serve as a home for musicians who dwell between the underground and the avant-garde.

FERAL ARTIST DEBUT - OZAN - THE HERON REMIX

Ozan is an Istanbul-born, now Helsinki-based DJ. Besides being a pharmacist, Ozan commits himself to the essence of mixing groove, hypnotic techno, and experimental sounds in queer dance spaces. His sonic explorations have gained him residencies at We R Special & Defragged Sessions and Club Kaiku Helsinki. You can find him playing in other Helsinki clubs, or hosting his monthly show ''Pearl Rush'' at IDA Radio Helsinki.

After quite a long break here's the November 2025 mix. Some tracks I got over the last weeks/months I never got to play - results vary. Double kick galore, 4/4 heavy hats, raw with loads of loops. Some parts are not quite ready for publication but then there are some parts that really hit the sweet spot for me and had sooooo much fun playing and I'm really looking forward to putting this into a cleaner (and longer) mix. Sadly this mix got cut short when Rekordbox crashed just before the 1hr mark.

Mr. EyesLee is a Boston-based DJ specializing in the soulful side of jungle and DnB, matching vocals and basslines with three deck blends and cuts to bring the listener on an auditory journey. Mr. EyesLee plays sets full of blends and moods from 160 bpm and up, taking the listener on a journey from start to finish. Whether 160, jungle, liquid, or rollers, he always has a heavy focus on basslines that move the crowd, wasting little energy as he blends tracks and themes and keeps the dancefloor wanting more

After coming up through the southeastern US rave scene in the late 90s/early 00s, Mr. EyesLee now primarily performs around New England, currently holding residencies at elements (the longest running single-venue DnB weekly in North America) and Playground: Field Trip in Cambridge, MA, and has played events from small weeklies, to long-running monthlies, and large festivals from CT to ME. Highlights include Tropical Dreams in Sturbridge, MA, Tight Crew raves in Providence, RI and Boston, MA, and opening support for acts such as BCee, Degs, and Paul T & Edward Oberon. 

In addition to live shows, Mr. EyesLee also runs the Playground, “Your Sunday destination for dnb, jungle, and other high tempo tunes”, streaming Sundays 8-11PM EDT, on Twitch.tv/MrEyesLee, and first Sunday live Field Trips at Zuzu in Cambridge, MA, with guests having come from around New England and beyond in 200+ shows and counting. The Playground focuses primarily on Drum & Bass/Jungle and associated subgenera, letting DJs showcase their take on DnB. Guests have come from around New England and beyond, with every state in the region, along with CA, NY, NJ, SC, and VA, having been represented at least once among the 200+ weekly shows to date.
