"Rising Inside" – Awakening the Inner Flow

Deep within the body, beyond the realm of flesh and bone, exists an intricate network of energy—the nadis, the pathways through which prana, the vital force, flows. Rising Inside is a journey into this subtle architecture, a vibrational activation that resonates with the 285 Hz frequency, a tone deeply connected to cellular regeneration, physical healing, and energetic realignment.

Rooted in the Muladhara chakra—the foundation of our existence—this frequency stirs the depths of our being, awakening the primal essence of life itself.
