“Electrical Emotions” is Andy Morello's first modular-techno EP. 
Once again, the eclectic performer and producer amazes us with a new studio work which follows his first two EPs, “Collateral Fluxus of Imaginary Thoughts” (2020) and “Tapes” (2022), both published by 51Beats. 
Electrical Emotions is hypnotic, bassy, and alienating. It will bring you towards distant world to perform frenetic dances. Philipp Dick wondered whether Androids were dreaming about electric sheep… well, we don’t know, but surely humans will dream about obscure clubs and strobe lights while listening to Electrical Emotions! … Electrical Emotions connects “electricity” and “emotions”, with the latest being quite a special kind of electrical signal … and this is what makes us human indeed ... 
“Electrica” and “Ghost” are produced by Andy Morello, with the EP closing with an "Electrica” version as re-edited, remixed, and produced by Duscio, formerly appeared jointly with Andy within their album “Electricults” (2021, 51Beats).

PREMIERE - V.C.I. - Martes (Prinze Remix) (Modula)

Modula's eighth release, “Steel Nomad,” presents FISBO & Mentalitet's mastery of industrial-tinged electronica through two meticulously crafted originals. The producers construct immersive worlds where grinding basslines intersect with crystalline harmonics, creating tension between mechanical precision and organic flow. The themes evolve with architectural care, their acidic undercurrents morphing across cavernous mixes that reward both focused listening and uninhibited movement. The addition of reworks by Cosmosolar and Cali Burton introduces contrasting interpretations that complement the EP's core vision without diverting from its cohesive aesthetic. Each composition demonstrates a keen understanding of physical space in electronic music, with frequencies carefully positioned to manipulate perception and energy.

Premiered here, the Moroder-esque "Another Engine" distinguishes itself through elegant restraint, its motorik pulse recalling vintage arpeggiators while maintaining contemporary polish. The arrangement breathes deliberately, allowing rubbery low-end frequencies to converse with shimmering upper registers in a call-and-response that feels almost conversational. Its genius lies in what's withheld – the track teases climactic releases but prioritizes sustained momentum, creating addictive tension on the dance floor. This measured approach highlights the producers' confidence in their material, trusting subtle modulations and textural shifts to maintain interest.

Modula - Pulse [Premiere]

Modula’s ninth offering, the “Baila Conmigo” EP, finds label cornerstone Cosmosolar steering the ship with assured confidence. This five-track collection is a vibrant conversation, beginning with its collaborative title piece crafted alongside Mexico’s Tierra de Ovnis (SXDNS295). The original version of “Baila Conmigo” is joined by a VIP reinterpretation and a separate rework from the talented Argentinian producer, Balam (SXDNS048). The EP’s scope broadens further with the inclusion of “Bengala,” a Cosmosolar solo piece that also receives a transformative treatment from V.C.I., ensuring a rich and varied listening journey from start to finish.

Within this context, “Bengala” emerges as a fierce and focused statement. The track immediately establishes a compelling groove, a Latin rhythmic foundation that feels both warm and propulsive. Cosmosolar weaves a tapestry of retro-futuristic elements, where shimmering synth melodies dance against a backdrop of unexpected, wild samples. This combination crafts a deeply atmospheric and almost visual experience, suggesting vast, otherworldly plains. The production is dense and immersive, building with a palpable energy that culminates in a release felt deeply in the body and the heart, fully embracing the dance floor while inviting personal introspection. Welcome to my audio gallery! Here, you'll find an eclectic collection of tunes crafted using my Eurorack and VCV Rack setups, recorded from October 2023 to the present. These tracks are the result of my experiments with different modules and patching techniques in sound design and composition.

Sinchi Collective is a multifaceted music platform. Including a label, event promoter, mix/edit series and blog (which showcases our favourite soon to be released music). 

The label launched in January 2019 and has featured a combination of singles and compilation releases with artists such as Sascha Funke, Curses, TAPAN, Damon Jee, Biesmans, Khidja, Italo Brutalo, Shubostar, Anatolian Weapons, and Tolouse Low Trax, to name a few and its objective is to promote positive social change and raise funds for our Sinchi Foundation, which supports Indigenous forest guardians in the Brazilian Amazon.
