I was talking with a friend about how much music is created from intense and often difficult emotions. Then I remembered Red Bird, a tune that I wrote purely from a place of peace and gratitude. Every time we play it, it gives me the same sense of calm I felt when I wrote it. I really hope it creates that same sense of tranquility for you too.

Windswept for flute and piano is a whimsical and evocative piece that captures the playful movement of leaves carried by a gentle breeze.  The flute dances through fluttering phrases mimicking the soft rustle and unpredictable paths of the wind, while the piano provides a rippling backdrop echoing the changing rhythms of nature.  With its flowing textures and subtle shifts in mood, Windswept creates a peaceful atmosphere, like a moment spent in a calm, windswept landscape.

What Waits Beyond is a three-movement work for flute, alto flute, & piccolo with piano accompaniment that explores the anticipation, uncertainty, and excitement of being called to adventure.  The first movement, featuring the flute, opens with curiosity and a sense of longing for something more.  The piano leads into movement two, joined by the alto flute with a gentle melody representing the call to adventure.  The piece concludes with the first step and embarking on this new journey, represented by the sparkly characteristics of the piccolo.

What Waits Beyond

Moving Through is a piece by Brendan Fernandes performed by 5 dancers at Notre Dame University's Raclin Art Museum with music by Fleming. This soundtrack plays over the main soundsystem in the lobby, and each dancer has a portable speaker simultaneously playing the same track, but at any place in the timecode they choose. At times all dancers gather in the main piece making an echoing iteration of the piece, and then each dancer moves into the individual galleries, moving in front of specific artwork. Audience members moving through the galleries can follow the sound of the music to the place where the artist is performing. Each artwork was chosen by a group of Notre Dame students who then wrote poems for the artwork, to inspire the choreography.

A random song I made about Baldi in FNF or something like that, I was inspired by other songs of this style like "Arithmetic +" and "MATHEMATICS by Rundown" Yeah! These songs inspired me to compose something more complex! I really love this song, it was so much fun to create :D
