First and foremost, let’s acknowledge that we all have our fair share of struggles. Life ain’t easy but amidst the chaos, there are countless reasons to be grateful for. There are blessings all around us and once we start to count them and feel that gratitude, life can start to change. Listen as I discuss my experiences with gratitude. 



🥈 Finding Peace 

In this crazy world, finding peace can be a challenge. Being present in the moment and fully experiencing it can reduce anxiety about the past or future. If you’re focusing on the here and now it’s difficult to get caught up in worrying. I talk about mindfulness and finding peace in this hectic world. 


🥉 Bouncing Back Stronger

Another part of welcoming more blessings into your life is resilience, how to embrace challenges that come your way. You got to learn from ‘em, and come back even stronger. I share my experiences with coming back stronger after a setback.
