Here’s the set I performed for Back Room Social #4, which took place on March 27th at Bar La Shop in Montreal. I had to make a few edits since the recording wasn’t the best quality, but I managed to save it thanks to compression!

For this particular set, I leaned more towards a melodic and groovy sound. I hope you enjoy it!

Inspirations 3: My Muse

Franco is an emerging electronic music artist with a deep-rooted passion for hypnotic rhythms and underground energy. His journey began when a cousin introduced him to the driving sounds of Tech House and Minimal Tech—sparking a fascination with electronic music that quickly turned into a creative pursuit.

It was during the summer of 2022 that Franco’s sound took a more emotional turn as he fell in love with Progressive House. Inspired by the intricate productions of Volen Sentir, PROFF, Gorge Hewek, and Talemates, Franco began carving out a style uniquely his own.

Today, his music is a fusion of deep grooves, immersive atmospheres, and entrancing beats—crafted to move both mind and body. With each track, Franco aims to create a sonic journey rooted in feeling, rhythm, and the timeless spirit of the underground.

Albert XL is a DJ from Villa Dolores, nestled in Córdoba’s scenic Traslasierras Valley. Born in Buenos Aires and raised in a family of musicians, his journey began with vinyl records at age 12 and a fascination with club culture soon after. Shaped by the sounds of Pink Floyd, Depeche Mode, and Hernan Cattaneo, his sets span Progressive House, Organic House, Deep House, and Melodic Techno.
