Sounds From NoWhere is pleased to premiere a Coast2c' gem on 'Gestef Records'.
Coast2c is a DJ, producer from Mexico City. 
She composes and performs electronic music that shifts between techno, acid and drone. 
Her live sets are improvised techno using her modular synthesizer as her main tool. 
As a hardware enthusiast, her approach to music comes from the interest in building a relationship with new configurations in her modular system and music tools.

Premiere: Coast2c - Polymorphism [Gestef Records]

Polymorphism actively seeks to work with artists from different parts of the world in order to combine different cultures and influences. In addition, digital arts, sociocultural events and supporting different non-profit organizations are accounted to be essential fields of this project.

The first Polymorphism series is made up of 4 different releases that will keep a similar graphic design line. Each of these will be split into original tracks and remixes.

This time, the danish artist, Vanity Productions, produces the five original tracks along with two remixes by Ireen Amnes (Italy) and Farzané (Iran).

“An Eternity Still” delves into the theme of closure, capturing the emotional journey of closing one chapter and beginning another. It evokes a stirring blend of nostalgia and the need to move forward, balancing bright memories with the desire for growth and new challenges. Of leaving baggage behind to fill the suitcase anew, killing the darlings to find new loved ones, burn down the house and never look back. Because as everybody knows; warm memories linger—for an eternity still.

For this project, Vanity Productions' Christian Stadsgaard teamed up with close collaborators Emma Acs and Malthe Fischer, who joined in the compositional process. While the album maintains Stadsgaard’s signature melancholia, it also introduces a fresh sonic palette, incorporating vocals and guitar alongside the project’s hallmark broken electronics and dark, evocative melodies.

“An Eternity Still” also features remixes by acclaimed artists Farzané and Ireen Amnes, further enriching the album’s collaborative spirit and adding new dimensions to its haunting soundscapes.
