Dear listeners,

I want to address you all, to tell you frankly about my music.
Music for me first of all is a way to decompress all the feelings accumulated in me. I create all my tracks feeling cold, fear, indignation, swept away, feeling that I am a ghost. I created the track Aura remembering the feeling that no one notices me, which is diluted with a feeling of hopelessness and fear of the future. Ordinary people do not even see me, but in principle I am fine with it. Music and my tracks in this darkness are my small and distant light at the end of the tunnel in which there is hope.

Trip-hop is a very flexible genre, through the prism of trip-hop you can tell and show any feelings. You probably understand me or maybe felt some support from me. I do not want to reveal my identity. What is the point? I am the same simple person as all of you.
I want you to know that each element in any track always symbolizes something. For example, in this track at the beginning there is another one, with the aroma of hope, fueled by the illusion that I am happy, but it is interrupted, as I find myself in reality again. This speaks of doubts. The pad at the beginning is no longer heard later in this track. It sounds only at the beginning. It shows the transience of illusory feelings of happiness. Drums are the flow of life at a normal tempo. Then other chords sound: they are cold, hopeless and fear. A melody is added, reflecting some events that are also stars in the night sky.
I sincerely hope that I can be heard, understood, and that I was able to convey to you all my feelings in each of my tracks.

Adriana Sparkuhl, founder of San Francisco's famed Soundpieces crew, specializes in underground bass music & global sounds. NUNYA, from the term "nunya business," learned to DJ on vinyl during her adolescent rave days in her hometown of Las Vegas, picking it back up after 15 years of running SOUNDPIECES – the SF party crew famed for debuting most of the dubstep all-stars since 2006. 

NUNYA's versatile tastemaker roots reflect how genre-fluid she is, with featured mixes for her different styles.. Playing funky disco/global house sets and bass focused sets from thumping bass house, UKG, and breaks, to heavy dnb, dark dubstep and dirty trap.

NUNYA's career on the stage began before she can remember, raised practicing various concentrations of music such as the piano, singing, and an overwhelming amount of dance.. but for years she stayed behind the curtain and behind a mask. Taking on the spotlight more and more, it's become clear there's still a lot more to Nunya's fate, musically.
