I was in Cheap Thrills, looking through the Punk section. I came across an LP I was surprised to see. It was the Canadian band, from Vancouver, British Columbia: Babysitter.
I took it home, I played it through and I lost my mind. 
The Eye by Babysitter might be one of the best Canadian rock albums by a Canadian rock band. The song '1000 Girls' is anthemic. A great Canadian rock band from British Columbia, with Kristian North. 
I'm on parallel lines of destruction and desire. I'm on fire.

We inhabit a space somewhere on the outskirts of avant-jazz and punk rock, Dogs h8 Rats are genre defying, and full of surprises. The music is born of improvisational performances so with a little luck you'll catch the "mistakes and imperfections" now and then, or as Miles Davis once said "Don't fear mistakes, there are none" and that ethos is in clear evidence within the music of Dh8R's. The core of Dh8R's is made up of Douglas Wilkerson and Michael Grimes who collaborate with friends old and new."
