I was asked to write based on the chorus and a phone conversation. I executed immediately and made myself available to record. At the recording session, I was asked to be on the first verse and informed about an upcoming music video shoot. A few weeks later, I saw "behind the scenes" footage on social media from the music video, but never got so much as a call or text to invite me or to let me know I was removed from the song. 

When I confronted the individual, I was informed he "forgot" to invite me (no mention about being removed from the song) then went on to give me an insulting excuse about how I expect too much and he could never be a good enough brother in Christ or friend to me. I was more hurt and disappointed than anything. I didn't feel angry or feel the need to write another verse attacking or anything like that. Just a bummer that someone who played a major role in my "becoming Christian" would come at me like that, after I had to be the one to reach out to him just for the sake of clarifying what was even going on with the song.

1. Le silence apaise votre système nerveux
Beaucoup de bruits de notre quotidien ne sont pas les bienvenus dans nos conduits auditifs. Que ce soient les bruits de klaxons, votre collègue de bureau qui parle trop fort à votre goût ou encore la perceuse du voisin le samedi matin, ces bruits vous irritent et vous agacent. Éliminez les sources de bruits qui vous dérangent vous permet de reposer vos oreilles mais surtout votre système nerveux qui réagit fortement car des bruits sont vécus comme des agressions. Vous serez donc plus zen.

2. Le silence permet de vous retrouver
Personnellement, les moments de silence me permettent un retour à moi. Je m’écoute mieux quand le silence se fait. Je ne suis plus parasitée par des bruits qui ne m’appartiennent pas et je suis donc disponible pour écouter ma radio interne.Du coup, c’est dans ces moments-là, où les idées les plus créatives jaillissent. Et ces moments me font l’effet d’un retour à la maison vraiment régénérant.
