Reconcile was written to quite literally reconcile the old versions of me with the woman I was becoming/had become. Evolution require letting things die, many aspects of who I was have had to die and be released in order for me to become the woman I am, and again I feel this is a story pertinent to almost every human who has been through a healing process. It's important to look back and see how that version of ourselves played a role, maybe simply keeping us alive, but now we can let those facades fall away and come back to our true selves.

The New Direction  

Through vanishing old road,
Through hail-like dust storm,
It stings and scratches,
Stuffy, I cannot breathe.

Here once walked my ancestors,

One can dig at the very spot,

Wasting no time I urged on,
