Raqs Baladi (رَقص بلدي) literally means “dance of the country” or “folk dance.”

Baladi is to Egypt what blues is to America: a soul form — earthy, improvisational, conversational between body and instrument.

No busco ceñirme a un estilo o a una etiqueta de manera concreta, aunque al mismo tiempo, también tengo que decir que tengo especial debilidad por el rock alternativo de los 90 y por todo lo que tiene que ver con mundos medievales y de fantasía, por lo que parte de lo que creo, podrá recordar o asociarse a esa temática de alguna forma. 
Mi intención es expresarme de manera auténtica, y que eso pueda ser interesante, inspirador y/o divertido para los demás.
