Glory to God! 🟡

In 1 John Chapter 3, the Apostle John continues to address the believers with messages of encouragement and exhortation. The chapter begins with an emphasis on the incredible love that God has bestowed upon believers, referring to them as children of God.

The author highlights the fact that the world does not recognize or understand this identity, but assures the believers that they are indeed God's children, and the full extent of their glory is yet to be revealed.

John then shifts his focus to the practical implications of being children of God. He emphasizes the need for believers to live in righteousness and to reject sin. He asserts that those who truly belong to God will not continue to live in a pattern of sin because the seed of God remains in them.

This seed refers to the Holy Spirit, who empowers believers to live a life pleasing to God. John contrasts the righteousness of believers with the unrighteousness of those who do not know God. He emphasizes that those who habitually practice sin are children of the devil, while those who practice righteousness are children of God.
The chapter has a stark contrast between light and darkness, love and hatred, truth and deception.

Furthermore, John encourages believers to love one another, highlighting the central importance of love in their relationships. He reminds them that love is not merely a matter of words or empty gestures, but of action and truth.

By loving one another, believers demonstrate that they are children of God and are following in the example of Jesus Christ, who laid down his life for others.

In conclusion, 1 John Chapter 3 emphasizes the identity of believers as children of God and calls them to live a life characterized by righteousness, love, and truth. It highlights the contrast between the children of God and those who do not know Him, urging believers to stand firm in their faith and to love one another as Christ has loved them.

1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

11 For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.

13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.

14 We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

17 But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.

20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.

22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.

23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.

24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

I would have liked to start with the phrase "I am thrilled to present my new song..." as you have become accustomed to, lately. Although "Daughter of Ukraine/A Plea to Heaven" is an emotional and valuable piece, born from the depths of my soul and inspired by the pain and hope of our people, it stirs many emotions in me, but "the thrill" is not among them. This song is a tribute to all those who have sacrificed their lives and those who continue to fight for a better future.

"Daughter of Ukraine/A Plea to Heaven" is a testament to sacrifice, hope, and the ongoing struggle for peace and stability. It is an emotional prayer and a call to human conscience. The relationship between the master and the horse in contrast with God, symbolizing the negotiations and sacrifices made for loved ones, culminates in the master’s decision to offer themselves as the ultimate sacrifice. I want this song to be a reminder of our strength and resilience, and a cry for help for all those who suffer in silence.

The end of the song aims to awaken the invaders' consciousness to responsibility and bring the much-awaited peace. It is a powerful and shocking appeal for justice and peace.

My Testimony: The Gift of One More Year – A Story of Love, Loss, and Surrender

There are moments in life that become etched into your soul forever — moments when heaven breaks into earth, and you know, without a doubt, that God hears you.

I was just a child when my world was shaken. My father — my hero, my protector, my teacher — fell seriously ill and was taken to the hospital. I didn’t fully understand everything at that age, but I knew something was wrong. Deep down, in the quiet places of my heart, I felt a divine whisper. God was speaking. He gently told me that my father’s time was nearing an end.

With a faith only a child could carry, I ran to the only One who could help — God Himself. I fell on my knees, lifted my voice in a way only desperation and love can produce, and I made a request that would shape the course of my life.

I asked God for one more year.

Just 365 more days with my father. One more year to laugh with him. To learn from him. To feel the strength of his love and the warmth of his presence.

And God — in His incredible mercy and kindness — answered.

Not long after, the doctors came in with a look of confusion and awe. “A miracle has happened,” they said. My father was suddenly, unexplainably well. The sickness that once threatened his life reversed. Hope returned. Joy returned. And for one full year — not a day less, not a day more — I had him.

365 days. Exactly what I had asked of the Lord.

Every moment during that year became a sacred gift. We laughed. We cried. We celebrated birthdays, shared meals, and made memories. I soaked in his words, his stories, his hugs. It was as though God had placed a seal over time — a divine pause — just for us.

And then, just as quietly as the miracle began, the time came for him to go home.

But something had shifted in me forever.

I had seen the faithfulness of God.
I had experienced His voice.
I had felt the power of answered prayer.
And I had tasted the depths of His love, even in sorrow.

That was the moment I surrendered my journey to God.

I realized that I was never alone, even in grief. That the God who gives, the God who heals, and the God who speaks — He was the same God calling me into a life of deeper trust, of destiny, and of purpose.

Since that day, my journey has been marked by the same God who gave me that year. The same God who heard the cry of a little boy and answered with divine precision. My heart belongs to Him — not because of what He gave, but because of who He is.

I know now that nothing in life is wasted. Not the tears. Not the pain. Not even death. Everything is held in the hands of a God who writes stories with glory in every chapter — even the ones that break us.

I am who I am today because of that year.
Because of that prayer.
Because of that surrender.

And I will forever carry the legacy of my father — and the fingerprints of God — as I walk forward into the calling He placed over my life.

“Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD; trust in Him, and He will act.”

This is our hope—Jesus bore it all, and now we live in His grace!

At the same time, moments of fleeting hope shine through, reminding the narrator—and the listener—that despite the struggle, love remains a powerful force.
