I was 13 years of age when I was introduced to a pair of turntables. Me and my mate snuck into his brothers bedroom while he is out. We switched the decks on, and then my mate showed me what to do with the mixer. After merging two tracks together, I was blown away from that moment. I was like, "This is what i want to do!" 
That same year, xmas came, and I got my own soundlab belt drives. Come 1996 after coming out of my happy hardcore stage and discovered trance but more of the commercial stuff I started to use my paper round wage to collect trance records getting paid on a Saturday I'd go straight to middlesbrough Town centre and spend hours in record shops deciding what vinyls my £10 wages would be spent on. Fast forward when I was 16 I start to mobile dj for a local company I did that for a few years then eventually got a break in a night club with my uncle in Hartlepool I started as a light jock to warm up dj to main resident. Few clubs and bars later, a child and an illness to deal with, I hung my headphones up. 2020 covid happened. I saw some cheap 1210s, bought them, and started to relive my youth. Collecting only trance records, I've found my love for djing again. But this has now led to music production and building a studio, and I am currently working with 2 mates and hoping to release some stuff towards the end of the year.

From the man himself;
I’ve been DJing since 2002 aged 15 and started clubbing in 2003, but had long been listening to mixes at home and on the school bus. The first club I went to was Feel @ UCLAN in Preston, which was primarily a progressive house event so the Warm Up Mix is themed around if I was back in time and flung in the DJ booth to play 12-1 before the headline act. The Peak Time set is themed around a quick drive over the Pennines to Gatecrasher to play 3-4, again pulling on the tunes that were properly hooking me in from 2000-2003. 
I tried to avoid obvious classics as much as possible and deliberately played dub tracks - Only 1 of the 20 tracks actually has a proper vocal in it. 
Both hours are designed as club sets but also to transfer to home listening.

Pete Bromley has been Stoke On Trent's top House DJ since 1989 and it has been an interesting and varied journey for him! Resident DJ at Stoke's first successful Underground Dance night 'Introspective' back in 1989 he went on to play at the infamous Shelleys Laserdome as well as other influential clubnights across the UK. Pete's next residency was to be at the Freetown in Hanley which would see him play alongside DJ's like Sasha & Dave Seaman. This would become the stepping stone to his next residency, the legendary Golden. Pete was the main resident DJ at Golden for an amazing 11 years which saw him play with the worlds biggest DJ's bar none. During this time he played many guest appearances at places such as Cream, Renaissance, Ministry Of Sound and DJ magazine listed him as one of the most popular resident DJ's in the world, resulting in his Essential Mix live on Radio 1 alongside Pete Tong at Sankeys in 1996. Quite an accolade seeing as he has never bolstered his career with international gigs, remixes or a recording career as 99% of producer/DJ's do these days. After Golden's demise In 2003, Pete then went on to become one of the resident DJ's at Satchmo's which has now become part of Stoke clubbing folkelore and his position has been cemented over the last years as resident DJ for the Move and their parties at The Sugarmill, Spode Warehouse & The Underground  playing alongside Jamie Jones, Patrick Topping, Solardo, Skream, Annie Mac, Derrick Carter, Pete Tong, MK, Todd Terry, Seth Troxler, The Martinez Brothers, Steve Lawler, Hot Since 82, Eats Everything, Darius Syrossian,Micheal Bibi, Alan Fitzpatrick, wAFF,  Dimitri From Paris, Kenny Dope, Low Steppa, Dan Shake amongst dozens of House musics elite. Lucas Alexander is no ordinary artist. With a mixture of heritage from Wales to Jamaica, the fusion of his upbringing is far from short in his music.

Cutting his teeth early on House & Garage he would travel for hours from his hometown in Cardiff with his record bag in tow to play gigs in Manchester and further. 

Over the last ten years he has honed his craft becoming a regular in the Welsh dance music scene playing alongside every heavyweight under the sun. A graduate of the university of UKG, Lucas Alexander’s perfected a new sound merging Minimal, Garage and Tech House, with his glitched-out, playful 4:4 tracks making their way into the sets of Tristan Da Cunha & Brawther aka Dungeon Meat, Enzo Siragusa, Truly Madly, Appetite's Elliot Schooling & Liam Palmer, Fish56Octagon, Danny Howard, Jamie Jones, Sarah Story, Silva Bumpa, Richy Ahmed, and many more. 

Born and raised in Cardiff, the Jamaican-Welsh artist’s early years were influenced by dubstep, Jungle and UKG. That playfulness shines through his expert productions, which are full of sampled British chit-chat and unexpected yet perfectly-timed cracked-up beats.

Occasionally a DJ or producer comes along who unexpectedly manages to trigger the audience and perfectly merge different states of minds through his sense, responsiveness & sublime choice of record; the self-willed Richard Damen is one of them.

Accidentally rolled into the profession, literally raised on music being served from the nursery. Throughout his career Richard Damen has performed at clubs, parties and festivals of great prestige. The list of events in which he has played is endless, and is one where quality is more important than quantity. 
From Castle of Love Festival (Kerkrade) to multiple sold out events at Klokgebouw (Eindhoven), passing through Panama (Amsterdam), Subsonic (Groningen), TivoliVredenburg (Utrecht), Effenaar (Eindhoven), Patronaat (Haarlem), De Graanbeurs (Breda), Stadsporthallen (Tilburg) and Beursgebouw (Eindhoven).
