Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Teo Pellegrino AKA Translate has been pushing some serious heat as of late, including prime heaters for the likes of Semantica, KEY, Axis, Edit Select, Nachtstrom Schallplatten and his own record label, SRIE. Cutting his lane at the fringe of iron-fisted industrial percussion and intricate dub mind-games, Translate has us diving deep into claustrophobic environments and across mesmerizing layers of FX-soaked dementia. Stormy and highly energetic, his style combines the ruthlessness of uptempo tech assault and eerie, post-apocalyptic audio scenarios. Fierce and uncompromising thru and thru, there goes techno at its most brutally corrosive.

Ceaselessly pushing the boundaries between proper enslaving music for the mind and straight out incendiary floor dynamics bound to wreak havoc down the basement, Dutch production unit Artefakt counts as one of the country’s finest exponents of that sleek, hypnotic school of techno. Having carved out their niche as stalwarts of seminal Amsterdam-based imprint Delsin, the pair keep on dishing out their enveloping blends of silken analogue rhythms and elegant 4x4 digressions into a dreamy unknown, which the present RYC mix makes a perfect showcase of. A trance-inducing journey away from real-life hustle and across lushly-textured jungles of sound, where the martial pulse of 909s, squelchy acid tropes and magnetic deep tech elevation coalesce into a volatile mix of escapist endeavour and big-room punch from hell. Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the Spanish dj & producer Hugo Rolan (Axis Records / Semantica Records).

Asturian DJ and producer born in Oviedo. 
Both his sound as a DJ or his musical productions are based on a deep respect for the techno sound, his influences do not understand fashions, they move away from that path and are other musical pillars with which he has formed his own sound universe.
The sum of all these perceptions, began to take shape a couple of years ago with his debut album, nothing more and nothing less than in the label Warm Up Recordings of Oscar Mulero, saw the light his first album 'Origen Cero' in which shows us all the Techno spectrum that has internalized. 
The second reference published was for Jeff Mills' Axis Records label, 'Futuristic Technology' in which he shows us his roots and his most dominant influences, approaching us to an otherworldly sound journey. 
These two releases made him known and since then he has released on labels as important as: Semantica, Molecular Recordings, Edit Select, Illegal Allien Records, Faut Section, Legend1997 and many more labels where he has been able to show us his vision of techno.
In the artistic part of the booth he tries to make dynamic sets, create atmospheres and take us to musical landscapes of other worlds as he does in his residence at Lanna Club.
All this makes us find ourselves with an artist who is marking his own path, in no hurry to arrive, but without leaving it.

Today we are thrilled to host this massive mix which brings us the artist's driving peak time sound, an explosive journey which is typical of his sets.
