This time joining forces with Shezar who also is no stranger to MM with her previous hit "Get Your Body Down To The Floor' and sings with sister JayBay to deliver an uplifting vocal about togetherness, positivity, unity and overcoming the adversities we all face in our world today. Even when we feel at our lowest, "WE SHALL OVERCOME"

The song was monumental for us as it is was our 200th release around the tail end of 2023!Now we're fresh into 2025 with a remix from the legendary NYC house music Producer/ DJ Frankie Feliciano, once again bringing his exceptional NYC production and musicianship to the label.
The vocals performed by hackney-born soul sister Sherelle "ShezAr" McKenzie, a renowned and well seasoned force within the UK Soul/Gospel scene alongside her sister Jaybay!
Both ladies deliver an awesome anthem style vocal performance sending a positive message in their lyrics which will definitely resonate with most. Singing about no matter what you maybe going through in life today, in time "We Shall Overcome"!!
A superb release to start off in 2025 of Makin' Moves Records.

Makin' Moves was set up in the Summer 2012, a new music and events company set up by Matt Langrish-Smith and Jamesey D. Makin' Moves nurtures up and coming talent, aswell as collaborating with established names. Matt has a wealth of experience under his belt having previously worked for dance independents Papa Records and Tribe Records UK, an internationally acclaimed label and events company. Jamesey, along with hosting his own radio show on www.housefm.net since 2004, has been an essential cog in the wheel of London's soulful & deep house scene, independently performing at most of the major parties in London swell as guest spots abroad in Japan, New York and Dubai. 

The label has seen a heavy output of quality releases this year from the likes of Dazzle Drums from Japan, DJ Fudge & Hallex M from Hong Kong and UK soul singer Omar, Gianluca Pighi & Massimo Paramour from Italy and Tiger Wilson from New York all of which have reached the top positions on digital promo store Traxsource.com.
