Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've done one of these.

Lava Shelter is my persona favorite level theme from Shadow the Hedgehog, so it's a song I knew I wanted to do in the Shadow Generations style. Here though I decided to go for more of a breakbeat / breakcore sort of thing, rather than the more electronic percussion of the original version. In the end I think it turned out pretty well.

Hey everyone! Back again with another Shadow Generations remix: Metropolitan Highway!

Aesthetically, this has always been my favorite area in Forces. I think it'd have been very cool to see it get the Generations makeover, and if I was going to choose a level to be added to it besides Sunset Heights, it'd be this one.

For this remix I really wanted to switch up some things a little bit by including more guitar than is in the original song, but still keeping it more EDM-focused. To change it even more, I changed the key and made the tempo a little bit faster. I think it turned out well.

Hey everyone! Here's yet another Shadow Generations remix; this time for Kronos Island!

I kind of wanted to go for the same concept behind the Chaos Island remix for this one, where it's a remix of the island theme in the style of a Cyberspace track, however I wanted this one to be more toned down and subtle compared to Chaos Island's well... Chaotic vibe.

In that sense, I thought I could focus more on drum and bass here rather than dubstep. Sure there are still some dubstep segments in this, but I wanted it to be more focused on the drum and bass aspect. It's also a bit more mellowed out at the start and gets more dramatic near the end, which I think fits the progression of each island's movement themes as well.

Hey everyone, I'm back with another track, this time a remix from Sonic Dream Team! This track is technically a request by  one of my YouTube commenters, but I felt like if any stage from this game made it in to Shadow Generations, it'd have been this one.

Dream Team is a game I've never played, but after doing a little bit of research for this video, I found that the music in it is extremely... Bland. There's not a lot going on in its soundtrack, and especially in this track. My idea here was to kind of do this in the style of a S.A.M.E. remix, so it probably sounds completely different from the original track. I wanted to give it some more movement and energy, while also mixing the three act themes together since they're all very short themes.

I wanted to do what Generations usually does and get a bit more creative with the 2D act theme, so that's what I did here. In the same vein as Shadow Generations, the Act 2 theme is more EDM-ified than the Act 1. This mostly takes inspiration from Kingdom Valley and Chaos Island's Act 2 themes, but I kind of just went with my usual EDM dubstep style here as well.

Hey everyone! Here's my take on Babylon Garden for Shadow Generations!

I've gotten a lot of requests to do a Sonic Riders remix, and I remember seeing a request for this one specifically (though I admit I don't remember from whom specifically) so this is the one I decided to do. I've never played Sonic Riders myself, so I don't know much about it personally, but this was a fun remix to do.

I feel like if a Sonic Riders level was in Shadow Generations, it'd probably be a Doom Surf level because I feel that's the closest Doom Power to the Extreme Gear.

Hey everyone! I'm back with another act 2 remix: this time for Kronos Island! I saw that this one overtook Shrouded Forest's act 2 on the poll after I had already made it, so I decided to make this one as well.

The goal here was to get more creative with the style and arrangement, making it more different from the original track than the act 1 mix as the act 2's typically are. I included parts from movements 2, 3, and 4 of Kronos Island in my act 1 mix, so this one includes parts from acts 5, 6 and 7. It's still EDM-focused, but I wanted to take it in a different direction than my previous mix while still being reminiscent of it.
