Markus Schulz - Global DJ Broadcast Sunrise Set 2023

The countdown is one to one of the biggest weekends in the trance calendar with the annual Lumimosity Beach Festival in the Netherlands, and indeed the countdown is also on to the release of Markus Schulz's upcoming artist album, The Rabbit Hole Circus, available from Friday June 30.

On this week's Global DJ Broadcast, he showcases premieres of two tracks from the album, the instrumental Voiceless and the collaboration with Emma Hewitt titled Till We Fade. The show also features new music from ReDub, Sunny Lax, aname, Kyau & Albert, Vintage Culture, Craig Connelly & HALIENE, Eli Brown and more. The country of Poland is among the important legacy building blocks in Markus Schulz's career, so it's perhaps no surprise that it is the subject of the latest instalment in his World Tour series. Performing a signature eight hour open to close solo set live from X-Demon nightclub in Wroclaw, the highlights of the night are available in the latest podcast.

It's a busy and extensive weekend for Markus ahead, playing at Mantra in Jakarta, Indonesia on Friday, before heading to the Heineken Silver Music Festival in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Saturday. And on Sunday night into Monday morning, the special Canadian Thanksgiving tradition continues with an open to close solo set at the legendary Stereo in Montreal.

The next single from Markus Schulz's The Rabbit Hole Circus artist album has arrived, and the fan favorite Death of a Star with HALIENE receives a full release to stream and add to your playlists from Friday. It forms the opening of the latest Global DJ Broadcast, while also paying tribute to the late Annie Nightingale. 

The show also features a world premiere from ReDub, along new music from Armin van Buuren & Goodboys, Estiva, John Digweed, Nick Muir & Franky Wah, Kyau & Albert & Thomas Lizzara, Adam Beyer, and more. Tim Clark joins in the second hour for the guestmix.

It's a tripleheader on the road for Markus this weekend, starting tonight (Thursday) at Sky SLC in Salt Lake City, before Down the Rabbit Hole open to close sessions at The Concourse Project in Austin on Friday, and at Reelworks in Denver on Saturday.
