I was talking to Vinny Vaccarro today.. Apparently his boys are really into guitar now. They like to do riffs.. He says they dont much care about playing the whole song... just learning the riffs.. like the opening to Zepplin Black Dog and stuff like that..  I told him ... " you know, you can build a whole song around one really good riff.. or one spooky chord.. or one brilliant mistake ".

Thats how this song was born.. the opening chord is this funky twisted dissonant tripe chord with some spastic finger picking... it was as if I wasof I just discovered .. yeah..  And within this song lies the name of one of the bands I formed. " Ruddy Nickel ".. But the theme is a recurring one.. broke and pitiful.

And last but not least.. the title was spelled correctly ... BY ME.. for the first time ever.. that's because the recording engineer was a med student and had any number of $9 college words stashed in his formidable cranium. He used to really like my songs.. and then one day he said  " You know.. I figured out what it is you do "..  I only wish he would have let me in on it..

No AI. None at all. Hello!   If I was good enough, something would have happened by now…maybe it  did and I just didn’t pay attention. Maybe I’m in the midst of something.

I’m primarily a Songwriter and play and sing too. 

I used to  perform with various talented artists. Im now returning to writing and recording.  Theres some evidence of this…
