Marking his long-anticipated debut on EXHALE, In The Dark sees Michael Groß aka A.D.H.S. deliver a 3-track statement of intent; hard-edged, emotionally charged, and built for the heart of the rave. 
 
Known for his turbo-charged productions and unrelenting DJ sets, A.D.H.S.’s journey has been anything but conventional. Born in Ravensburg and now based in Berlin, he was originally immersed in hip-hop before a friend introduced him to Falscher Hase’s Lebenshaften, rerouting his path toward techno. That pivotal moment sparked a creative transformation that led him from throwing underground parties to his first production, ‘Decipher’ on Electric Ballroom, a track that broke into Beatport’s top 20 and marked the beginning of his studio career.

Since then, he has built a reputation for high-energy sound design, shaped by deep emotion and meticulous attention to detail. Drawing from a plethora of influences from across the dance spectrum and beyond, A.D.H.S. creates music designed for immersion and emotional impact.

Bald startet schon die vierte Staffel von O-Ton Pädiatrie – und ehrlich gesagt, sind wir darauf ein bisschen stolz. Wir von der Redaktion der Kinderärztlichen Praxis freuen uns sehr, dass wir seit dem letzten Jahr so viele Zuhörende gewinnen konnten – und natürlich darüber, dass wir rund 20 interessante Expertinnen und Experten als Gäste gewinnen konnten.
Wir sprechen mit unseren Gästen über das wichtige Thema Kindernotfallmedizin und Reanimation. Dann haben wir eine Folge zu ADHS – ein Thema, das sicherlich auch viele interessiert. Weiter geht es mit der Eiweißzufuhr bei Kindern und Jugendlichen – viel Eiweiß zu sich zu nehmen, liegt ja derzeit sehr im Trend. Mit einem Experten werden wir darüber sprechen, was Kinderärztinnen und Kinderärzte über Kinderdemenz wissen sollten, und dann wird es noch um das Thema Depressionen gehen. 
Los geht’s am 2. September mit einem Ausblick auf den Kongress für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin; in dieser Folge bekommen Sie natürlich viele Hinweise auf lohnende Programmpunkte während der Kongresstage. Ab dann erwartet Sie alle 14 Tage eine neue Folge. Wir freuen uns sehr, wenn Sie wieder mit dabei sind!

Ich selbst bin eine Betroffene. Meine Mutter hat sich 2002 das Leben genommen- da war ich 27.

Da das Thema "Suizid" und Depressionen und das darüber-reden immer noch ein Tabu ist, kam mir die Idee für diesen Podcast.
Denn Betroffene wollen ja reden. Sie wollen ihre Geschichte erzählen. Und das sollen sie- laut und deutlich und für alle hörbar.
