the 1st of august I came home and saw that Im worth millions
1st in line my second life felt like I died in limbo

baby broke so I burnt bridges with her cuz she talk round pillows

I lost 100,000 minutes cz my focus lacked all senses
Mindset broken, clouded vision, cleared & showed me paths I missed

Over 4 tracks, ‘Running and Falling Over’ captures the stylistic fluidity we have come to know and love from Naarm/Melbourne. Ever present traces of Dozzy refract through millennium-bug tek haus, summoning atmospheres of deep yet ever playful psychedelia. Opening the A-side on ‘Ripple Effect’, pulsating drones and echoes of organic percussion slither through the undergrowth. ‘Soft Steps’ explores fractal resonance amid expansive, evolving textures. Flipping to the B-side, ‘Unfold’ melds paranoiac psy with a wiggly tek swagger. Slow-burner ‘Blue Trial’ closes out the EP – a proggy roller for the eternal sunrise.

An in-house ep to put the Neurocrank label in motion, courtesy of Harrison Sewards, al dente (@al-den-te).

Signature drones and haunting vocals meet playful melodies in a more slinked out, but recognisably Harrison style of house. Adorned with characteristically unpredictable yet precise percussion, the ep finds its way into a space as ominous as it is infectious.

To top it off is a remix from the one and only Ulo S (@reptant_the_lizard), marking the first release under the more tech-house leaning Reptant alias. This deep dub of Hey Crontis brings a euphoric end to the ep, hands up, shoulders still bopping to a bassline undeniably done by the lizard.
