In deze meditatie richten we ons op onze ademhaling en op ons lichaam door middel van een korte bodyscan en oefenen we in de bewustwording van onze eigen vriendelijke aanwezigheid in dit moment. We kunnen onze eigen ervaringen, sensaties en emoties erkennen en benoemen, zonder erin vast te lopen. Wanneer je vast zit in emoties, verstrikt bent geraakt in je eigen verhaal, je verloren voelt of alleen, dan kun je altijd terugkeren naar huis: terug naar de ademhaling en naar je eigen liefdevolle aanwezigheid....

Rosen haben eine ganz hohe Frequenz, regenerierende Eigenschaften und öffnen dein Herz-Chakra. Wenn du dich mit Energie auskennst und das lernst, beginnst du auch Pflanzen zu lesen und sie energetisch zu dekodieren. In dieser Meditation verbinden wir uns mit diesen Codes und der vollkommenen Schönheit einer Rose über die Theta-Gehirnfrequenz. Und wenn wir das kurz vor dem einschlafen machen, öffnen wir eine energetische Naht, die wie ein Tor in dein Unterbewusstsein ist. Und worüber du und in deiner Nacht Antworten bekommen kannst. 

Diese Meditation ist ein ganz besonderer Schatz für uns Frauen. 

Deine Vorbereitung: 
:: Suche dir ein wunderschönes Rosenbild raus. Oder kaufe dir eine einzelne Rose, die du an dem Abend mit zur Meditation bringst. 
:: Bring eine Frage mit, die du für dich beantwortet haben möchtest. 
:: Lege dir ein Blatt Papier und einen Stift für den Morgen danach neben dein Bett.
