It's a lot of different stars and planets and they form a dolphin shape, and you can see in the Milky Way these stars that are grouped into a dolphin shape. Shishumar is considered to be part of the universal form of Vishnu. Yogis prefer to meditate on this form,
because it is visible to the naked eye, they think of this constellation Shishumar as a dolphin,
floating in the ocean of the universe. She resembles a dolphin in the Milky Way, as if a dolphin is splashing somewhere in a river, a huge number of stars and planets are in the body of this dolphin, Shishumar.
People have a tendency to grasp the universe, understand it and develop universal consciousness. We look at the starry sky and get inspired,
high emotions are awakened, we can feel a very strong attachment to the stars. In this way, yogis meditate and have this self-understanding and self-realization that they are part of the universe.
Shishumara it is used for meditation because we can see it. Shishumara is located in the central axis of rotation of the universe.

She wasn’t just another stray practitioner skulking through the ruins. She was the quiet tyrant of Redwake Station, the one who bound its old experiments to her will instead of fleeing from them. The corridors still pulsed with that same sullen red light, the residue of whatever the researchers tore open decades ago, but now it beat in time with her.

Crimson power curled from her hands, not wild, not frantic, just obedient. Every trapped whisper in the station’s walls bent toward her. Every locked chamber stayed shut because she permitted it. Even the thing below, the one the station never truly understood, slept or stirred according to the tilt of her thoughts.

Stone groaned. Reality thinned. Whatever slept below stirred because she wanted it to.

She lifted her hands.

No alarms, no screams, no ghosts left wandering without her approval.

Redwake Station had become a single organism, and she was its pulse, its mind, its keeper.
