We are incredibly happy to share this recording with you courtesy of one of our ultimate favorites, Claudio PRC. This 5h techno marathon was recorded at beautiful Masada in Milano at the Acquario party in April this year. 

This is what Claudio said about the Acquario collective and his relationship with them: “For me, Acquario has always been one of the most awaited and exciting dates of the year. After 15 releases that managed to capture the attention of the entire scene, the Buenos Aires label once again celebrates an anniversary with a compilation by several artists. It is also his debut in vinyl format, something that demonstrates the great support of his followers throughout these years. An album that has several exponents around the world, this release is made up of 15 tracks in which you can find deep techno, dub, drone and abstract techno. Receptor opens the B-side with a hypnotic, cinematic character, driven by a dynamic bass groove. It’s a love story between minimal, house, and techno, crafted with a distinct sense of identity. Balanced tension runs throughout, with stripped-down drums underpinning the track’s deep, tenacious energy.

I had the idea to start an own podcast series for quite a while now but I was a bit afraid to be honest. I wanted to keep it in a radio show format, as this is the format I grew up with and this was how I’ve discovered music. Also I wanted to do something different as I have a pretty wide range in music which I like. I get influenced by so many things so I thought it might be interesting for you to take this platform as the concept for a podcast. I will dig deeper and deeper through my collection of records and present it to you each month. It doesn’t matter how new or old the music is, it’s just about creating a good vibe to listen to, to enter another dimension.

Moreover the idea is also to invite guests, in irregular intervals - people I respect for what they are doing music wise and for the culture.

Music is able to lift you into other dimensions, so come with me through this portal and immerse into the depths of my record collection.

OYTIΣ was used as a pseudonym by the Homeric hero Odysseus, when he fought Polyphemus Cyclops, and had put out the monster’s eye. Polyphemus shouted in pain to the other Cyclopes of the island that “Nobody” was trying to kill him, so no one came to his rescue. The story of the Cyclops can be found in the song of the Odyssey.
“Cyclops, you asked my noble name, and I will tell it; but do you give the stranger’s gift, just as you promised.
“My name is Nobody. Nobody I am called by mother, father, and by all my comrades.”
I feel inspired by this Greek character OYTIΣ (nobody)and  this label is named after him.
A sonic representation of the sensations I like to be possessed by.
This is exactly how I love techno and electronic music to sound like, this is what I love to dance to.
