Desde a última quinta-feira (29), Ari Ricardo de Oliveira, o Buiú, deixou o comando da Comissão Municipal de Esportes (CME) de Lauro Müller. Buiú, estava no comando do setor desde março de 2021.

Com uma longa experiência no esporte, ele foi responsável por levar o nome de Lauro Müller a diversas regiões do Estado  participando de diversas competições. Também durante sua gestão, diversos campeonatos foram realizados no município, incentivando a participação dos atletas da cidade.

O investimento nos treinamentos das crianças também foi outro diferencial. A exemplo do projeto tigrinhos, anos do futsal e das escolinhas de vôlei. 
Durante entrevista ao Cruz de Malta Notícias desta segunda-feira (2), Buiú esclareceu que os motivos de sua saída da CME de Lauro Müller, foram relacionados a questões políticas. 

“Eu me surpreendi com algumas atitudes de virem querer me obrigar a fazer aquilo que eu não quero. Eu sempre deixei bem claro, estava ali pra trabalhar, não para agradar ninguém e eu fiz o meu trabalho. Tanto que a pasta do esporte foi a única elogiada, tanto pela oposição quanto pela situação. Então isso mostra o trabalho que conseguimos fazer. Mas na parte política foram muito infelizes naquilo que tentaram fazer comigo e minha esposa”, comentou Buiú.

Additional Advances in Alzheimer Disease Research and Clinical Trials With Nathaniel Chin, MD

This podcast is about a research article that explores the application of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to understand general practitioners' (GPs') intentions to use e-learning in continuing medical education (CME). The study involved developing a questionnaire based on the TPB framework and analyzing data from 148 GPs. The researchers found that TPB successfully predicted GPs' intentions to use e-learning, with perceived behavioral control and attitude emerging as the most influential factors. Notably, subjective norms, which refer to social pressure, did not significantly influence intention. The findings suggest that CME managers can leverage TPB to enhance e-learning adoption among GPs by focusing on improving their perceived control and positive attitudes toward the technology.

„One more time“, so könnte man das Fazit von Dr. Alex Höfter zusammenfassen, dass er am Ende dieses Podcast formuliert: „Wer einmal die positiven Effekte eines Moorbades oder einer Moorpackung erlebt hat, der möchte es nochmal erleben.“ Dr. Höfter ist Facharzt für Innere Medizin und Chefarzt der Rheumaklinik Bad Aibling. Er verordnet Mooranwendungen vor allem im Rahmen einer Rehabilitation von Patientinnen und Patienten mit chronischen Erkrankungen des Bewegungsapparates. 
Andreas Egger betreibt in Bad Aibling ein Kurmittelhaus und ist mit der praktischen Umsetzung von Mooranwendungen bestens vertraut. Er schildert in diesem Podcast sehr anschaulich, wie ein Moorbad abläuft, wie die Patientinnen und Patienten die Mooranwendungen erleben und – auch sehr interessant – wie das Moor in die Wanne kommt und was nach dem Bad damit passiert: „wir bringen das Moor nach den Anwendungen in einem ökologisch besseren Zustand an den Ursprungsort zurück, wie wir es von dort bekommen haben.“  Im Rahmen einer ambulanten Kur bekommen die Patientinnen und Patienten im Laufe von 3 Woche bis zu 15 Mooranwendung in seinem Kurmittelhaus, berichtet Andreas Egger.
Mooranwendungen können bei zahlreichen chronischen Erkrankungen oder im Rahmen einer Rehabilitation zu Lasten der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen verordnet werden. Im Kurantrag sind nicht nur die Indikation, sondern auch die Begründung für eine Anwendung von ortsgebundenen Therapiemaßnahmen darzulegen. In Bayern gibt es mehrere bekannte Kurorte mit spezialisierten ortsgebundenen Leistungsangeboten für Mooranwendungen. Schwarzer Schatz – was ist dran an der heilenden Wirkung des Moores?

Die pulmonalarterielle Hypertonie (PAH) im Kindes- und Jugendalter ist eine seltene Erkrankung und wird in den meisten Fällen schon in den ersten Lebensmonaten diagnostiziert. Wenn der durch einen angeborenen Herzfehler erhöhte Druck im kleinen Kreislauf frühzeitig durch einen chirurgischen Eingriff gesenkt werden kann, können bleibende Schäden an den Pulmonalarterien verhindert werden. Ansonsten ist eine pulmonalarterielle Hypertonie nicht heilbar. Durch die unspezifischen Symptome bei Kindern und Jugendlichen wird eine PAH häufig nicht sofort erkannt. In der nicht-kardiologischen Praxis weisen EKG-Veränderungen und ein deutlich erhöhter NT-pro-BNP-Wert auf eine kardiale Belastung hin, eine normale NT-pro-BNP-Konzentration schließt eine PAH aber nicht aus. Echokardiografie und Rechtsherzkatheteruntersuchung sichern die Diagnose. Zugelassene Medikamente für die Behandlung der pulmonalarteriellen Hypertonie im Kindes- und Jugendalter sind Sildenafil und Bosentan. Zusätzlich sind eine Reihe von wichtigen Allgemeinmaßnahmen zu berücksichtigen, um zum Beispiel eine thorakale Druckerhöhung und Infekte zu vermeiden.
Dr. Martin Fedder stellt in diesem Podcast die Highlights einer eCME-Fortbildung von Dr. Christof Hanke zur Symptomatik, Diagnostik und Therapie der pulmonalarteriellen Hypertonie im Kindes- und Jugendalter vor. Die Fortbildung wurde im Rahmen eines Fachgesprächs von Sebastian Alsleben, Arzt in Weiterbildung, moderiert. Dr. Hanke ist Facharzt für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin und arbeitet als Kinderkardiologe am Diakonie Klinikum Schwäbisch-Hall gGmbH.

Ari Ricardo Oliveira, o Buiú, atual diretor de departamento da Comissão Municipal de Esportes (CME) de Braço do Norte, comentou sobre o andamento dos campeonatos no município e os investimentos voltados ao incentivo das modalidades esportivas locais.

Buiú, que já comandou a CME de Lauro Müller, tem ampla experiência na gestão esportiva e atualmente lidera diversas iniciativas no cenário esportivo de Braço do Norte. Durante a entrevista, ele comentou como estão sendo organizadas as competições, o envolvimento das comunidades e empresas e também os desafios enfrentados pelas equipes e atletas amadores.
