It's interesting when a director gives me a reference from a historic composer like Bernard Hermann. I was asked to use him as inspiration for a scene, no specific piece of music but in general. So I created a fight scene in my own style inspired by film music of the past.

Gaslighting

Some films have triumphant endings, others are a bit more unconventional. This particular film ended with a somewhat mysterious and nostalgic manner. A little peaceful, and a little tragic. It's a lot of words to describe a piece of music I created.

Rummy

I love how the strings created a hauntingly beautiful atmosphere in the scene I scored. The sound of the ocean, the feeling of freedom, vastness, and the completion of a character arc all came together. The director requested a minimalist score for this project—which was a refreshing change for me, since I usually enjoy composing big, cinematic pieces. It was a nice counterbalance to my usual style.

GLUTTON

"Control" (original title: Контроль) is the second track of the album “Klaustraphoby”. It’s a musical journey from the illusion of calm to an inner scream. The track begins with a jazz-like piano intro — meditative and restrained — but slowly morphs into something far more intense: bass, synths, saxophone, electric guitar, and distorted, overloaded sound. The vocal delivery leans toward rap or spoken word, but is saturated with despair.
Lyrically, the song explores the mental state of self-deception — convincing yourself that everything is under control, while in truth, you're blindfolded, chained, and caged. This isn’t just a song — it’s a psychological spiral rendered in sound.

Control

This track is a bold little number I crafted for a film intro — moody, deliberate, and dripping with noir vibes. It’s got that slow-burn energy that sticks with you, the kind of piece that doesn't just set the tone — it becomes part of the film's identity. I wanted something memorable, something that echoes long after the first frame.
