I will talk to you about different meditation styles, how to go about creating a sustainable practice, how to have a realistic view of your meditation journey (which will help you to stay on track), and more! I will also guide you through TWO basic meditation exercises, which you can do anytime, anywhere (just be careful if you're driving). These meditation practices mean you will start meditating TODAY. You will finish this episode with both a thorough understanding of your meditation journey, AND with your first meditation experience DONE! Completing your first meditation is going to feel AMAZING and help you to know YOU CAN DO THIS. You can meditate. You can enjoy it.
