This was written for a defunct game called "Unearthed: The Mines of Estra". 
This was for the initial level where the character is in a cave and basically runs around and breaks rocks with a pickax. The original version used oboe, clarinet, and flute to play the main melodies, but it was requested to make this sound a little more "derpy" and humorous, so I sampled my own voice in various ways (singing falsetto, plugging my nose, etc).
