This is my first music track after not opening my DAW for half a year. This is the kind of music I compose without thinking about others' opinions. After playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution, I fell completely in love with the music composed by Michael McCann. Now, when I compose music, I often try to reach his level of mastery.

I always aim to capture that unique mood — sadness mixed with a sense of despair, yet at the same time, hope.

I started this track as a simple game ambient piece, but it evolved into more complex music with slowly building tension and depth. It’s a cyberpunk ambient track combining synths with processed orchestral elements and solo vocals.

Meine Lieben,

auf vielfachen Wunsch von Euch plaudere ich heute erneut mit der famosen Géraldine Hohmann über unsere schönsten Rollenspielmomente. Und wie immer muss man sich das so vorstellen wie Frodos Weg zum Schicksalsberg: nicht immer direkt, manchmal mit vielen Umwegen (zum Beispiel über eine der deppertsten Kopfbedeckungen der Spiele-Geschichte) und dem gelegentlichen Blick in uralte, mystische Texte (zum Beispiel eine ASM-Sonderausgabe aus dem Jahr werdenwirnieerfahren), aber am Ende sagen alle, ach wie hat sich das gelohnt. Außer Frodo, aber wen interessiert das schon?
Und weil‘s so schön war, werden wir Géraldine in Zukunft häufiger hören, denn sie stößt als freie Podcasterin zu unserem Team. Ich freue mich wirklich sehr.

Hello, listener, I'm MODEL LH151000 from Durla Prime / Zephyron Galaxy. A galaxy which is not located in this universe. I'm approximately 1500 years old. I don't know how I've ended up here frankly. Anyways, I'm on a journey to create music on this planet instead of taking it over. Because, I've been in battles for this entire eon for the good of my civilization, and I've had enough of the war. Red.), aber desillusionierten zynischen Print-Journalisten vorstellen. Und Andre … Andre stellt man sich besser gar nicht vor. Wer es trotzdem nicht lassen kann (für unbeaufsichtige Selbstversuche wird übrigens noch weniger Haftung übernommen als für die Garderobe), denke sich einfach ein Glas, das gleichzeitig halb leer und halb voll ist, und haue sich anschließend einen stumpfen Gegenstand auf den Kopf.
