Aedi Records is a collective record label that unites over 250 electronic music producers and enthusiasts—founded by Michel Iseneld, father of Hypnus Records.

Together we have shaped every aspect of the imprint during a systematic process of democratic discussions, idea submissions and votes.

We learn and explore the fields of electronic music production collectively. By sharing our minds in an inclusive environment, we grow both as individuals and a group simultaneously.

This compilation contains the first musical harvest of our creative quest, featuring eight tracks made by 14 producers collaborating for the first time.

We are pleased to present the second installment for our Orbita mix series. This time we have Lopar, straight from the mountains of central Colombia in the city of Manizales where he is working on bringing proposals that he considers of great artistic value. Navigating worlds of sound from ambient, dub, minimal to the deepest and most hypnotic and mental spheres of electronic music. 
His talent as a DJ has allowed him to perform alongside renowned international artists and he has contributed mixes & podcasts to major labels and platforms of our scene.

Our paisa friend guides us through his mix with a steady groove, drifting from club-friendly bangers to mental trip eleganza. Lopar hails from a land of ancient spiritual connection with nature, both terrestrial and cosmical, we like to believe that he purveys a sense of residual mysticism and tribalism throughout his musical language.

Hello world,

After a short spring break and our latest ACCENTVA008, which was very well received by the scene, Accents Records is back with its original format and the pioneering ACCENTEP series, dedicated to solo EP releases and the digital format. This allows artists to express themselves forcefully and effectively through a corpus of 4 to 6 tracks that define as closely as possible the scope of their current output.

Always at the forefront of electronic music research, where experimentation and techno music meet, the label has chosen to highlight the complex musical work of Australian artist Diffused Signal.

For this special occasion, this is our thirtieth release from the catalogue, the genius producer who has already signed to renowned labels such as Lowless, Circular Limited and Crescent London is not new here either, having joined Various Artists ACCENTVA007 last year, offers us what he does best with this original opus made up of six previously unreleased works oscillating between atmospheric techno teeming with detail, psychedelic driving techno tracks, lysergic tribal half-steps, quasi-industrial and mechanical excursions, where nocturnal ambiences flirt with ethereal and poetic pads, over which sharp and fearsome polyrhythms intertwine. All in all, it's the ideal music to discover in the middle of a feverish night on dancefloors in the middle of the temperate jungle.

Dean Benson is 20 years into his electronic musical venture, and is just getting started.

Launching his imprint 'The Black Light Records' in 2024 is the offical birth of his production coming into the world, outside of his DJ sets whom have housed them for years.

Orpheyo Dragon is the signature hypnotic techno project that has been following Dean since it was launched at Rainbow Serpent Festival in 2018, where Dean Benson is reserved for everything from down-tempo to ambient hypnotic or meditative music.

Having been a regular at most premier outdoor festivals in Australia like Rainbow Serpent, Earth Frequency & Dragon Dreaming, it resulted in some great international bookings with renowned festivals such as Modem (Croatia), Midnight Sun (Norway) & Summer Contrast (Poland), amongst various club shows.

ABOUT US

TechnoTrippin' was established in the early 2014 in Barcelona to support the small techno scene that was emerging slowly but intensely.

In 2015 "Techno in the Forest", an underground festival on the outskirts of Barcelona, was born with the idea of creating strong links between artists, collectives, labels, dancers and everyone related to the underground scene in the city.
After 4 unforgettable editions, we decided we had accomplished our objective of uniting the scene and Techno in the Forest celebrated its last memorable gathering in 2018.

Since then, we have been operating only as a non-profit underground techno platform releasing podcasts & premieres from artists and labels around the globe.

In 2024, celebrating our 10th Anniversary, we launched our solidary techno label, focused on releasing music to help people who are in terryfing situations.

All the proceeds from all releases will go to different NGOs like Save The Children, UNRWA and Open Arms.*

We plan to put on another TechnoTrippin' in the Forest (V). We feel it's time again, after the pandemic, to support and unite the local techno scene by providing an unrivalled quality sound system, a place surrounded by nature, and an atmosphere that reflects the fact that we are not in it for the money. We put our heart and soul into it, simply because we can, and for us, techno is a way of life.
