More Faith [Danubian Dub Remix]

One of Germany's longest running club institutions is back after 2 years of work, moving to the new place. Being involved playing and curating nights for about 10 years at Distillery back in the days, it was a pleasure for me to select some tunes for the Fridayclub Re-Opening.
Actually I'm even more pleased with this one than with the latest Subardo Festival set I've uploaded recently... just because it's even more unpredictable, covering a wider range of genres. The only constant is the velocity (actual BPM) increasing througout the mix, everything else is - as always - filed under risky & affective. Can you handle it?

Producer, Dj and audio engineer. Oni I has been writing and recording since the mid 90's. Working their way through a range of genres and styles before returning to their roots with electronica inspired dub.

My Guy is a semi-professional bassist, DJ, and producer bringing fresh energy to the music industry. He has performed at major UK festivals, including; Boomtown, Bestival, and Isle of Wight. In doing so he has supported acts such as The Skints, Less Than Jake and Neville Staple (The Specials) on tour supports, with his originals ska band, 'Bigtopp'. While racking up over 600 gigs in their career, they also had appearances on BBC Introducing. Recently, My Guy has supported DJs such as ‘Let There Be House Records’ Glen Horsborough with Discotech, Hau5 Of Jack and dub legends Zion Train at various events. My Guy is growing his DJ presence, production and sharing his passion for music—especially bass heavy genres, with satisfying grooves... and some filthy drops!

Being a passionate DJ, music nerd and collector of a wide range of sounds – this is what shapes the foundation of Sencha's creative work since more than 30 years. As a result you can experience carefully selected DJ-sets with lots of energy, always providing a certain vibe of musicality, versatility and freshness. Amongst other artist projects of him, this one stands specifically for a colourful blend of Bassmusic and sounds with afro & latinx roots in different tempo and style. Sencha made people dance not only in Europe, but also Asia and Latin America so far. Above that he's part of the BASS PLUS, FEEVAH and earlier AFRO LATIN WHAT?! party collectives, dedicated to organise cutting edge music events - mainly in Leipzig.

Electronic future-dub duo OMEGA NEBULA are a force.
