The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Letherique. After a Terminator-esque EP on Tripalium Corp and 2 apocalyptic concept albums on his own imprint Bella Ursa, Letherique dwelves deeper into the many intricacies of his inner fortress for Soil Records. 
 
He invites the listener for trip into the darkest realms of electronic music with his new EP 'Enter My Lair', which is an ode to cinematic aesthetics. Whether it's with slomo doom techno or raw EBM, it recounts tales of a blood-drenched dungeons inhabited by evil spirits, over-the-top police chases, and epic battles from the Viking and Roman eras.

More than 10 years after the previous episode number 08, the Cement Mixer has resumed its churning. Manchester selector Wilson Logan of Quadrant Soundscape / Dub Explorations gets busy loading it up!

"If this were a film there would be a cut scene that says “10 years later”. It's not a film so there is no cut scene. It is still 10 years later however and I have the honour of refuelling the mixer and churning out some more concrete.

This is a mix that has haunted my sub-conscious for about a year now. Something I've been meaning to record for a long time. A mix full of left-field, back of the crate selections, stuff I love but sadly very rarely get to play. House, Techno, Electro, Breakbeat, Hypnotic Salad Jazz, Amish House, Terminator 2 (Judgement Day) Techno etc.

It's all in there. In fact, any genre you can think of or make up is in there, (even if it's not, it is).

Its all in the mix, and it's all cement.
