I am a certified mindfulness teacher who loves guiding compassion-based practices for individuals and groups who want to experience life and relationships more deeply and with greater ease. I am trained in trauma-sensitive mindfulness, socially-engaged Buddhism, and I am pursuing a coaching certificate in embodied intimacy. In addition to teaching mindfulness, I have worked in impact finance for over 15 years, including impact and venture capital investing for sustainable land use and climate technology. Prior to that, I was one of the first fashion models in the 90s to take a stand on body inclusivity. I chose to deepen my practice and become a teacher as an extension of my life-long social and environmental justice work because I believe mindful compassion is essential for creativity, generosity, and connection to thrive so that we can lead, create, and live with authentic purpose.
