The night had drawn to a close and there was little noise left in the small basement. The reverb echoed loudly from the machine in the corner but it was not a sweet sound or tone but bitter and dull. The band had left the room some time ago but the crowd remained loyally attached to the stage - hoping and praying for the return of their heroes. Little did they in fact know that this was the end of times, the last dance and a farewell outing. Soon they would leave but not just yet, not now. 

The Golden Filter continue to delight and inspire, a duo with a sense of purpose and a formidable swagger. Optimo did very well indeed to snap them up and their music demonstrates supreme quality.

Jasmine McMorran is a singer/songwriter and producer. From writing when the singer was young, McMorran's discography on streaming platforms are compilations of music the singer has worked on as a solo artist and self-made producer, as well as collaborations with artist Kino and producers Shawn Campbell and Malcolm Joseph. Jasmine McMorran has achieved milestones in a career spanning over a decade and counting, including performing live at gigs and writing songs with friends during the singer's high school years, performing at open mics during college, and later on landing a meeting at a record label. In the present, Jasmine McMorran continues to create and release music in the alternative and experimental genre. Recent projects have included a quasi-rock era where the singer/songwriter has begun to release covers of rock classics such as Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive" as well as original works such as "Serenity, “Iris and Thorn, "For You," “Moonlight,” and “Crossroads.” Upcoming music includes tracks which cross genres from Singer/Songwriter and Indie to Electronic and R&B/Pop. One of Jasmine McMorran's motivations in writing music, is being able to bring awareness to various situations people face within the two to three minutes recorded. Additionally, music is Jasmine's greatest passion and drive in life. Jasmine McMorran would like to thank everyone tuning in. For without you all, there would be no dream.
