I always remember this place for the river sound and easy access to water, but it's the wind that I love. ❤️

For the Crow Hill Company composing challenge, August 2024.

The task was to re-score a video trailer for the Crow Hill "Concussion" percussion library. 

When I watched the challenge announcement video on YouTube, the list of suggested videos next to it were all related to metalwork or power tools; I took this as a prompt to make this track.

We are an experimental sound collective that uses live mixing and an array of unconventional techniques to create improvised soundscapes. Crafted with field recordings, guitars, percussion, gongs, synths, and voice, each set is an unrepeatable dialogue between sounds that we collect and manipulate and the spaces and places we find ourselves in.

I am an artist working in sound, visuals/ collage… my music is related to my artwork... like collage, I juxtapose, overlap and combine sound elements that would not usually go together in more conventional music --- 
I play guitar, synthesizer, piano, but these days mostly computer as my way of creating, processing, organizing sound...I still haven't found the right word/phrase/genre to describe my work
