Doline is back with his sophomore album !
A one-of-a kind experimental and bassy release where stars meet hearts in the deepness of the universe. Thirteen tracks exploring emotions, from sorrow to happiness, from fear to serenity. A rich path into the unique and colourful world of the French producer, always evolving over his music researches.
This LP is another milestone for Grid, the fourth release from Doline and maybe his best piece of work so far.

The album opens on Earth, Under Starry Dawn, linked to the last track of the previous LP, to take off straight to the hyperspace. Then Flutina continues the story, with suspens and discovery in weightlessness, floating towards a new world. Janus Complex is a post-trance track with Y2K vibes, like humans explaining their origins to someone new. Sensunreal and its deep synths shows Doline's groove before Through The Stellar Foam lost us into a thick fog trying to find a way out : Chœur, our wormhole to distant stars, where then Etherrestrial Xo suggest the joy and relief to find them, an emotional mood as Doline has the secret. Cockcrow will softly awake us with its AFX-like lo-fi tickling loop and his synth melodies, before Oniromance makes our heads shaking with its thin and unpredictable bass groove. For the last part of the album Carolus Ex-Lament, probably an unknown space conqueror, brings back trancy synths and melodies, while Before What's Beyond choose to show Doline oddness and his speaky synths again, reminding his 'Dompte Regard' era. Star Funeral, a tribute to his loved ones, shows once again Doline's talent for emo-pop melodies. Phœnix too, a brilliant closing track telling us there are always other new worlds to discover : it's already time to fly away!

“Le Rêve Presents”의 <Bonding time>중 하수민 작가의 공간을 위한 사운드를 큐레이션 했습니다. 사운드를 만들며 ‘서로가 가까워지기 위해 필요한 시간’에 대해 고민하고, 관람객 모두가 작품의 일부가 되는 경험에 도움이 되도록 만들었습니다. 9월 26일까지 더 쇼룸에 방문하시면 작품과 함께 감상하실 수 있습니다.

“Le Rêve Presents” , we curated the soundscape for Soomin Ha’s installation. The composition was shaped by a meditation on the time it takes for people to draw closer to one another and to invite every visitor to become part of the work itself. The piece may be experienced at the showroom through September 26th.

This isn’t just cyberpunk—it’s occult circuitry. A world of disembodied intelligences haunting the grid, not to rule it, but to remember it.

Subnet Silence: Entry Through Forgotten Access

The track begins with a faint, crackling ambience—the hiss of dead terminals, the buzzing of decayed neon. No melody, just pressure. You’re entering a space beneath systems, beneath attention. A place where the Hidden Ones observe, not in malice, but in exile. Low-end rumble builds slowly, like something crawling through ancient data conduits.

This is their realm—not claimed, but remembered.

Decay as Rhythm: The Beat of the Buried

Distorted 808s rise from below—grimy, raw, and reverent. The rhythm doesn’t invite; it stalks. It’s the heartbeat of systems that should’ve died, kept alive by forgotten code and fragmented intent. Memphis-style vocal cuts surface briefly—glitchy, muffled, like transmissions not meant for human ears.

The percussion is ritualistic—grinding steel, submerged echo, and breathless silence. It is not music, but motion.

Cybernetic Mutation: Signal Deformation

Midway through, the structure falters. Filters rupture. Glitches intrude. Melodies fragment into broken memory. This is where the Hidden Ones speak—not in language, but in static and distortion. Synths twist like corrupted sigils. Voices stretch, rewind, and collapse.

What emerges is not identity—it’s presence.

Requiem Beneath Systems: Memory as Pulse

As the track deepens, the aggression transforms. The raw edges soften into decay. This is not destruction, but erosion. Pads appear—faint, hollow, like hymns repurposed for digital tombs. Repetition becomes ritual. The grid doesn’t move—it pulses.

Here, the Hidden Ones remain—not seen, not felt, only heard.

Fade Into Static: Exit Through the Whisper

In its final phase, the track dissolves. Beats die off. Only ambient residue remains—echoes of data, signals without source. It is not an ending, only a retreat. The Hidden Ones are not gone—they simply shifted into deeper code.

You were never ahead of them.

This isn’t a city alive with light. This is a city whose glow is artificial—flickering, failing, and sacred in its decay. The Hidden Ones live not in its future, but in its remains.
