Intrinsic Gathering Live Mix October 2024 126bpm

James, aka Spizjim's musical journey started from a young age, knowing his soul purpouse was to do with music, sound, frequency and vibration. Kicking off his Djing in early 2022, he birthed his full-on psytrance project - Spizjim. He instantly felt a deep connection to mixing and wanting to produce psytrance.

Growing up his musical taste was heavily influenced around metal music, being a passionate drummer for most of his life. After being introduced to the doof scene in 2016 and getting a taste for psychedelic music, he felt very drawn toward exploring all aspects of psychedelic music and sound. His metal influence shines through and influences his sound and style, delivering a unique psychedelic experience of his own.

Sharing his passion and love for music is his mission, tuning in and resonating with the dance floor to create a mind altering energetic journey. He always strives to facilitate a connection to self, to wholeness, and to freedom of expression through psychedelic music.

Anomaly is the full-on and progressive-psy project of Ballarat born, Brodie Foster.
He was raised in the town of Beaufort by his Rainbow-serpent-loving parents
and has attended the festival since he was very young.
It came to him organically to be involved in the scene as his love for Australian bushland
and psytrance started from such a young age.

After spending most of his time being a punter, he’s about to turn the tables and offer his heart within his musical expression to those who seek to be mesmerised.
Brodie has only been mixing for the last 2 years and has recently started producing drawing his inspiration from artists like Atacama, Ajja, Braincell, Earthling and Jakaan.
Being a fresh face behind the decks means that he has a lot of surprises up his sleeve, and you can be sure that it’ll remain that way.

Anomaly being something that deviates from the standard, you can certainly expect that his unique project will keep you within a hypnogogic state as your transcend the realms of consciousness.

Bufo, based in Melbourne/Australia, is an artist, producer, DJ and founder of Salkantay Records. He has released on internationally respected UK Breakbeat label Diesel Recordings, with "Save You" in collaboration with bass maestro Boydex. This experience formulated and motivated his creative energy in starting his own label, Salkantay Records, where he has released his atmospheric musical journey "Jungle Walk", followed by his Techno standouts ‘Lose Myself’ & ‘Samsara’ in collaboration with a stellar line-up of local co-producers and singers. With an unwavering passion for producing music in his style of uplifting, euphoric melodies, coupled with primal, driving bass drops that add energy without overpowering, creating a perfect balance of intensity and calm. Bufo’s development as a music producer continues to accelerate at a meteoric rate.

In 2025, Bufo will showcase his growth as a producer, with his focus shifting toward releasing his Techno EP. This journey has been a powerful and transformative one, as he continues to develop his sound and style as both a music producer, DJ and Label Founder, embracing the excitement of the unknown.

Hailing from the unlikely province of Chao Zhao in southern China, Bufo migrated to Melbourne, Australia, after his parents left China following the Cultural Revolution in search of a better life. Having spent a decade of his early life working as an operational firefighter, Bufo eventually found his true passion for art and music within the thriving electronic music and creative culture of Melbourne. This flourishing cultural scene has been instrumental in his growth as a music producer, DJ, and artist.

Bufo has steadily risen through Melbourne’s vibrant electronic music scene, performing at events such as Esoteric Festival, Intrinsic Gathering, Golden Phoenix, Australiens Collective, Melburner's Shipwrecked, Pirainia, Magic Garden Festival, Paradise Plains, Confest, Underland's The Yard, The Tuna Factory, and Rumpus Room.

As a live performer, Bufo's sets are known for their melodic vocals intertwined with driving and energetic techno bass drops, taking listeners on a musical journey—a transcendental experience to cherish and remember.
