This week on NST we are deep diving defense mechanisms, specifically CONTROL and INTROJECTION.  It's our third time sitting down to have a conversation about defense mechanisms because they seem to be super huge when it comes to our personality development, and the language is SO HELPFUL for healthy introspection.  Scott researched control as a defense mechanism and explains the myriad of ways we can use control and manipulation (even in ways we wouldn't normally attach to control).  Macie then goes into major introspective deep dive land as they explain the defense mechanism of introjection, their dominant defense.  This episode is fun and wild not for the feint of heart when it comes to some cringey personality habits we may or may not be attached to!
