1. How many years have you been dj-ing and producing?
I started DJing around 2000 or so. I wasn't really connected to the scene in Florida much, but I'd tote my gear around to house parties as much as I could. Producing didn't begin for me until 2006 when I started working in Ableton and Logic.

4. Any upcoming releases you would like to mention?
I'm working on an album right now for my label, Early Morning Music. I couldn't be more excited about a project like this. Set to be out in the summer of this year. 
5. Favorite Software/Hardware and/or VST/Plugin for production?
Ableton has been my daw since 2006 and it's been a great journey growing along with it.
6. Dream gig/venue you would like to play?
At this point Burning Man is a dream gig.
7. Any hobbies outside of the music world?
Yeah, I spend a lot of non music time reading philosophical books, exploring spirituality.

Okay, okay. Quick history backstory.  Drums as a child, and through his 20's.  Turntables, and loads of vinyl before entering the digital realm.  Nick has been busy with all that noise for two and half decades.  Growing up on rock, grunge, 90's electronic, hip hop, and everything in between rounded out his senses for music, and what appealed to him.  A taste ever evolving leaving him playing house, techno, minimal, acid, downtempo, and breakbeat.  Now with over 20 years of experience you can expect great track selection, crowd reading, and flawless mixing.  This journey has seen him play in cities through Western Canada, and with larger acts from abroad including the likes of Mark Farina, Tipper, Kevin Yost, James Teej, Pezzner, Dirt Crew, Detroit Swindle, Noah Pred, Rob Paine, and many more.  

After spending many years as a key part of Left Coast Crew in Victoria BC as a DJ/Promoter, he is back In Saskatchewan where he started this journey. The new vision is to rekindle his old connections and push his promotion brand The Motive To Move (TM2) to new heights, and entertain as many party people as possible.

 True underground representation always in mind!

Profound Sessions has been born out of the love of quality deeper tracks full of smooth grooves, slo-mo beats and deep bubbly bass.
Each week will feature a mix from either resident Craig Turner or a featured DJ guest. Could be a well known DJ, producer/remixer or a reletively unkown artist that deserves to be heard. One thing that will be guaranteed is the quality of both the tunes and the mix.
