Welcome back to the Kinphonics Guest Mix Series, with this instalments featured DJ - Brayn {SC: @blayne-young )

"Newcomer Brayn is a journeyman, taking you down every back alley and eclectic side street of his mental plane. Known for his intricate mixes that traverse the emotional spectrum, luring audiences with ecstatic highs then taking them to the dark depths and back again. With a labyrinthine knowledge of DnB subgenres, folding in liquid, neuro and future, Brayn’s sound is both progressive and steeped in the rich electronic traditions of his first home, the UK. 

Taking inspiration at a young age from musical storytellers such as KOAN Sound, Nu;Logic and Technimatic, his love for liquid and its expression in the one hour set grew. Moving to the now, with genre bending tunes round ever corner, you never quite know where he will take you. But you know you’re in safe hands.

Brayn has emerged as an exciting presence on the east coast underground scene, with a knack for nuanced transitions and immersive DnB experiences that border on the psychedelic. Look out for mixes and appearances across the east coast during 2024."
