Welcome to Cycles introducing Goldzik from Poland. Bringing you an extra long opening set which he recorded at Polirytmia in Mózg Club. Goldzik has released music at labels such as Trau-ma, Black Square Recordings and Technical Vibe. His productions dwell in the deep and darker side of Techno and have been supported by artists such as Amelie Lens, Fatima Hajji, Arjun Vagale, Arnaud Le Texier, Matrixxman and many others. With a good sense for setting a grim and mystical atmosphere he has performed at venues such as Sfinks700, Transformator, Fabryka Lloyda, Wyspa Tamka, STK47, SiXa, Luzztro and NRD.

‘The Dissent’ by Luke Slater & Dubfire opens up with hypnotic, droning sequences and bubbling atmospheres, looming synthlines firmly backed by relentless organic rhythm. In ‘The Sonic Assassin’ sizzling, skittering shaker-hat combos sneak up while its distorted signals increase in intensity, culminating into a high-intensity finish. ‘The Drama’ then features wonky vocals and gorgeous psychedelic soundscapes, closing out this quality, tripped-out package with dancefloor energy found both late at night and the early mornings.

After making his debut on Mote-Evolver via label boss Luke Slater’s ‘Rip The Cut’ remix package, SCI+TEC founder Dubfire now teams up with the fellow techno lynchpin for ‘The Dissent’ EP. Rolling and dubby, this collaborative three-tracker follows up Slater and Ø [Phase]’s recent Roog Unit release on the label and continues with boundless layers of interwoven, mind-warping techno sounds key to an imprint housing scene legends such as Rene Wise, Steve Rachmad, The Lady Machine and many more.

SPND20 Mixtape by Planetary Assault Systems

𝐤𝐄𝐜𝐳𝐮𝐏 @keczup is an ever-evolving and experimental DJ, seeking to establish his own unique sound across a range of genres. From micro house to techno, his diverse musical selection is seamlessly blended in coherent sets. 

He places a strong emphasis on utilizing space and silence as musical elements, creating atmospheric and emotionally charged performances.  kEczuP is always mindful of the event he's performing at and adapts his sets accordingly, delivering a thrilling experience for the dance floor every time.
Since the launch of his DJ career in 2015 in the basement of Das Lokal in Wrocław, kEczuP has rapidly gained local recognition, performing at nearly every major Polish club and festival, as well as several German venues. 

He spent over a year as the resident DJ and artistic director at Transformator club, and currently holds residencies at Ciało @klubcialo and LAS Festival @las-festival, where he also serves as the artistic director of one of its stages. In his role as a promoter, kEczuP has established successful gig cycles, including the Sisyphos-inspired HAMMA and the LGBTQ+ supportive parties BUNT.

DJing in his hometown, curating Soirée together with his close mate Jengis Kose which pushes refined house and techno in the Brisbane area, as well as being apart of IWTFA which is a techno collective in Brisbane has seen Jamie Grenenger evolve into a solid presence in the small but thriving Brisbane electronic music scene bringing artist such as Antigone, Trevino aka Marcus Intalex, Robbie Lowe and Eric Volta.
Jamie is part of the IWTFA collective in brisbane which pushes the techno genre within the area of Brisbane and Gold Coast finding new talent and exposing them on the IWTFA podcast or curated events. Currently the podcast has full support showcasing residents from all over the country from techno focused events such as Machine (Melb), Nightime Drama (SYD), .darkroom (SYD), NODE (MELB), bunker (MELB) and Subtrakt (BRIS) and has plans of showcasing these brands to the Brisbane community to expose what other cities are pushing in the techno genre as well as exposing Brisbane
talent to other events.

Jamie has recently had the opportunity to support brilliant house and techno acts such as Antigone, Trinity AU , Takashi Watanabe , Ripperton, Yokoo, Robag Wruhme, Claire Morgan and DJ Deep; as well as be a part of the bill at select underground nights in Brisbane & on the Gold Coast and was an artist on the 2015 Andromeda festival lineup closing the Friday night main stage after DJ Deep. These bookings have given Jamie the ability to define his sound without having to pare back his creativity with his musical selections.
Jamie’s influences stem from his love of progressive house and techno and through these channels, he organically blends melodic layers heart thumping rolling techno utilising up to 3 CDJs to weave in and out of tracks to create his own signature sound and style of mixing. It’s a combination that’s always sure to engage the audience and keep them dancing but he is never one for predictability and will always keep them guessing.

Whether he is playing in a club or to a crowd at a festival, Jamie is fast cementing himself as a fixture in the Brisbane scene and beyond.
