The inspiration behind this track is from music therapist Helen Bonny, I wanted to recreate an electronic sound bath that uses binaural brainwave states and elements of Earth and Water. Helen Bonny uses guided imagery to guide her patients through a 2-hour journey to tap into trauma and let go. I wanted to do the same for my listeners but in an electronic way. Earth is grounded and feels relative and connected with the sounds of birds, frogs, and waterfalls in the distance. This is tapping into your base chakra and your heart chakra. Allowing yourself to let go in Beta. Beta-May Increased concentration and alertness, problem-solving, and improved memory. Thereafter you will flow into Alpha, with chord progressions on my Korg X5 synth. Alpha Encourages relaxation, promotes positivity, and decreases anxiety. Birds symbolize freedom and relative to the elements of Air and Earth, freedom to let go and relax. The last journey is through Theta, linked to REM sleep, reduced anxiety, relaxation, as well as meditative and creative states. This is with the element Water, water is fluid and emotional, allowing you to meditate and release any emotions that no longer serve you. The journey ends with coming back into Alpha. Leaving you feeling positive and relaxed.

I hope you like these 24 minutes of pure tranquility, I have produced this with high-frequency energy that will radiate and transcend through your body. The best way to listen is on headphones. Namaste

Micro-Doses of Mindfulness: Tiny Touchpoints to Restore Prana During the Day

Close your eyes.
Take a breath.
Settle into your seat. Feel your feet on the ground. 
Feel the chair or the ground supporting you. 
And take one more breath.
Just a simple moment to arrive,
to sense your body.
How is your heart today?
Maybe it helps to bring one hand to the heart
and take a few breaths into your own hand.
The hand can be touching you from the outside
and with your breath, you touch your hand from the inside.
Let your gaze be softly resting inward.
And continue to meet your hand on your chest with your breath.
Softening behind your neck. Sensing your shoulder blades, and seeing
how you can soften there, in the back of the heart.
Sometimes it supports to lift your shoulders up, then letting them
drop down again into a natural position. 
And just enjoy this moment of silence for yourself.
And seeing what wants to come from here.
These silent moments are always full potential. Full of creativity.
Taking one more deep breath into your belly. And exhaling, slightly opening your mouth.
And one more.
Softly opening your eyes. Coming back.
Taking a slow look around your space, wherever you are.
Letting your eyes slowly travel across your room,
or your surrounding.
And arriving. Into the here and now.
